Pillow Block Bearing

The outer spherical bearing is a bearing unit that combines a rolling bearing and a bearing seat.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

For cylindrical roller bearings, the rolling elements are centripetal rolling bearings of cylindrical rollers.

Spherical roller bearing

Spherical roller bearing is the bearing of two-row inner ring raceways, self-aligning outer ring raceways and self-aligning rollers.

Thrust ball bearing

The thrust ball bearing consists of housing washers, shaft washers, steel balls and cage assembly. The ring matched with the shaft is called the shaft washer, and the ring matched with the housing is called the housing washer. According to the stress situation, it can be divided into unidirectional thrust ball bearings and bidirectional thrust ball bearings.

Tapered Roller Bearings

The tapered roller bearing is one type of separated bearings, and the inner and outer races of the bearings have tapered raceways. This kind of bearings can be divided into single-row, double-row and four-row tapered roller bearings according to the number of rows of installed rollers.

Deep groove ball bearing

The deep groove ball bearing is the most representative rolling bearing with simple structure, easy operation and wide application. This kind of bearing is a non-separable bearing, and its inner and outer ring raceways are arc-shaped grooves, which can bear radial load and bidirectional axial load. With low friction coefficient and high limit speed, it is suitable for occasions requiring high-speed rotation and low noise and vibration.

Clutch Bearing

The release bearing is installed between the clutch and the transmission, and the release bearing housing is loosely sleeved on the tubular extension of the first shaft bearing cover of the transmission. The shoulder of the release bearing always abuts against the release fork through the return spring, and retreats to the final position, keeping a gap of about 3~4mm with the end of the release lever (the release finger).

Wheel hub bearing

The hub bearing is one of the key components of automobiles. Its main function is to bear the load and provide precise guidance for the rotation of the hub, which requires it to bear not only axial load but also radial load.

Adapter sleeve

dapter sleeves are the most commonly used parts when positioning bearings with tapered holes on cylindrical shafts, because they can be used for optical shafts or stepped shafts. This kind of shaft sleeve is easy to install and does not need to be fixed on the shaft. When using an adapter sleeve on an optical shaft, the bearing can be positioned at any position on the shaft. When used together with a stepped ring on a stepped shaft, the bearing can be accurately positioned in the axial direction, which also facilitates the removal of the bearing.
